It was difficult to get a firm count of aquariums, refugiums, and bowls available. Sixty freshwater and saltwater product lines were displayed. Some had as many as twenty different sizes in the product lines. At Aquariums Direct, there is a quality aquarium for every budget.

Every aquarium needs to be filled. No fish are offered for sale, but a strong assortment of plants and decorations are available. Decorations include backgrounds, coral, driftwood, figurines, and rocks. Whether taste runs from Dora the Explorer Mermaid to Sunken Pirate Treasure Ships or the Easter Island statues, all are available for your aquatic life to swim in, around, and beneath. And many of these items, like the aquariums, come in multiple sizes to fit the tank in which they will reside.

Aquariums Direct offers the basics with regard to other aquarium supplies. You can find filters, heaters, and other products necessary to set up your aquarium. Strangely enough, there was only one type of fish food to go with their automatic fish food dispenser.
 

Payment Options:  

This service accepts major credit cards, personal checks, PayPal, Google Check, allows a Bill Me Later option, and accepts gift certificates. They want to help you make your purchase so you can start enjoying your new tank. Orders are tracked and the security of one’s information seems adequate.

Customer Support:  

Customer Service via telephone is limited to Monday thru Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sales assistance is available over the weekend. There is, however, email support.

There are online articles about aquarium care. They are rudimentary, but they hit all the highlights of what is needed to ensure that you aquarium is set up and maintained properly. There are links to supplies and other fascinating aquarium-related sites. While we didn’t check every product, only a few seemed to have any customer feedback; however, most of the comments seemed positive about the products and customer service.
