We were disappointed with this company’s customer support offerings. There is no telephone support; however, there is email and online help. Most of the support is more geared to order support. There was no evidence of the kind of professional aquatic life support offered by the more specialty sites we reviewed. Finally, the only support for aquarium hobbyists was the product descriptions. On the positive side, the Question and Answer portion for each featured item allows feedback on that item. This allows you the freedom to cut through the marketing buzz to see what other customers had to say about the product in question.

Walmart may be the least common denominator for picking up a few supplies in a local store, but they're not the best place if you're looking online.
